To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Office Manager and other Health and Community Services Complaints Commission staff. This includes a variety of administrative and financial tasks including data compilation for reporting, records management, accounts payable, procurement, social media and assistance in management of corporate systems. The Resolution/Administration Officer also takes incoming calls from complainants as required and carries a small caseload of less complex complaints.
