What you'll do The Principal Project Officer will deliver specified projects in line with contemporary instructional design models to support the design and delivery of learning and development products and services to the Queensland Health workforce. You will design, develop, coordinate, implement and evaluate leadership and management development programs and initiatives. You will manage, analyse and evaluate project activities to ensure alignment with corporate goals within a project management framework. You will initiate, develop and maintain networks with and between internal and external stakeholders and prepare, update and maintain various portfolio, program and project artefacts including reporting. About you We are searching for someone who has: * High level knowledge of contemporary approaches to the design and delivery of learning and development products and services. * Experience in the design, build and review of eLearning capability programs. * Proficiently use leading edge technologies and instructional design tools to create engaging, learner centred online learning resources. * High level interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead consultation and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders to form collaborative solutions and implement appropriate strategic responses. * Ability to deliver outcomes and manage competing work priorities to meet agreed deadlines and commitments.
