The position is available on a permanent part-time basis (0.8 FTE), working 29 hours per week (Monday to Thursday). As an Administration Officer, you will: * Perform a range of quality administrative and business support services and functions such as: corporate card reconciliation; calendar management; travel and accommodation bookings; and * Utilise a range of systems, technologies and databases to efficiently and effectively provide client or business support services on behalf of the region such as: ECM (Electronic Correspondence Management); Microsoft Office Suite including OneNote. This position reports to the Manager, Executive Services. Salary The part-time salary range for this position at the AO3 classification is $60,708 - $67,360 (gross) per annum.
