With a strong pipeline of secured work and a vibrant, fast-paced team culture, we’re on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager ready to take ownership of premium commercial fit outs. The Position – Project Manager Lead and manage multiple fit-out projects from concept to completion. Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies. Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines. Manage budgets and project resources effectively, identifying cost-saving opportunities. Lead site meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Resolve any issues or delays efficiently, maintaining excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately and up to date. Foster a collaborative and positive working environment with all teams involved in the project.
