TEN Recruitment is partnering with a leading name in Perth’s high-end residential construction industry who are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join the team and oversee a small round of luxury home builds (less than ten homes on the round) South of the River in Perth, Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site construction of luxury home builds Ensure projects meet construction timelines Ensure builds comply with plans, variations, addenda at all stages of construction Maintain clean, safe, and compliant building sites in line with company and legislative safety standards Build and manage strong trade relationships, reviewing quality and scope of subcontractor work Communicate effectively with the office team and provide regular updates /meetings with Management What You’ll Bring: Minimum 10 years’ supervision experience in residential construction in Perth, ideally majority in the high end home building space Proven ability to manage complex, bespoke home builds A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to craftsmanship Strong client and trade communication skills WA Builder’s Registration and relevant trade qualifications are highly desirable Full Australian working rights and Perth-based experience What’s On Offer: Full-time, permanent position with a highly regarded Perth home builder Autonomy, trust, and support from an established leadership team A respectable salary commensurate on experience Apply today!
