What You'll Be Doing Handling inbound enquiries via phone, email and digital lead platforms Coordinating equipment deliveries, pickups and maintenance schedules Managing hire contracts, invoicing and payments across customer accounts Maintaining accurate inventory records and CRM data for fleet performance and advertising Collaborating with sales and logistics teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience Identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to add value for clients What We're Looking For ✅ Proven experience in Hire Coordination or Account Management-ideally in the hire or machinery space ✅ Experience with Syrinx and MYOB is a major bonus -not esssential ✅ Strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain client relationships ✅ Detail-driven, organised and able to juggle multiple priorities ✅ Previous exposure to earthmoving or construction equipment ✅ A collaborative team player who can solve problems on the fly Why You'll Love Working With Us You won't just be filling a desk-you'll be part of a supportive, energetic team where your ideas matter.
