Talent Web is working with a reputable engineering consultancy that’s looking to add an experienced Civil Designer to their growing team in Sydney. Based in North Sydney, this is a permanent, full-time opportunity to work on significant urban development projects across NSW - including schools, hospitals, sports precincts, and mixed-use developments. What You’ll Be Doing: Leading small to medium-scale urban development projects with minimal supervision. Collaborating with civil engineers, drafters, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and timely delivery. Designing drainage, stormwater, roads, and earthworks for a range of public and private sector clients. Preparing concept, detailed, and construction documentation using industry-standard software. What We’re Looking For: A minimum of 3 years’ local experience as a Civil Designer. Proficiency with design tools such as Civil 3D and 12D (Desirable) Solid experience in subdivision and urban development, including road alignments, stormwater drainage, and bulk earthworks.
