About the Role: We’re on the lookout for an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our Engineering Team. You’ll be designing electronic systems and embedded software that power our advanced safety and telemetry solutions – from concept to real-world deployment. Based in Notting Hill, Victoria. Full Time, Permanent. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Key Responsibilities: Design electronic circuits and embedded software for control, telemetry, and vision systems Develop and implement algorithms across embedded platforms Support OTA firmware updates and system diagnostics Commission and support systems in-field and remotely Collaborate across teams on hardware, software, compliance and customer onboarding Help shape connectivity architecture (LTE-M/NB-IoT, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, CAN, GPS) Maintain documentation, compliance and test procedures to meet regulatory standards What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or similar Minimum 3 years' post-graduate experience in a professional setting Strong C/C++ embedded software development skills Proven hardware design experience Knowledge of IoT stacks, connectivity, and secure firmware updates Hands-on experience with diagnostics tools Familiarity with global compliance standards (e.g., CE, FCC, RCM) Strong communicator – able to translate complex issues for non-technical stakeholders Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset Experience with remote SIM provisioning, private APNs, or eSIMs Exposure to real-time operating systems or secure boot processes Ability to deliver technical updates to internal and external stakeholders Why Join Us?
