About your role: * Deliver training to users of Clinical Administrative Information Systems to support client service including reviewing educational packages and supporting documentation to incorporate the CHHHS business needs. Conduct evaluation and assessment of training sessions to ensure they meet end user needs. * Respond to Help Desk calls and provide technical expertise to assist and resolve day to day operational issues relating to the management of Clinical Administrative Information Systems within the HHS to ensure quality data is recorded. * Provide support for systems management, including security and access, assisting with system upgrades and documentation of protocols, in order to ensure confidentiality, availability and integrity of information, including planned and unplanned system downtimes.
