Your Opportunity As the Administrative Officer (AAEP) you will contribute to the effective and efficient administrative management of the school by providing relevant and timely administrative support to the Principal and Business Manager. You will work within existing guidelines to provide basic resolution of problems by reference to established procedure, consulting the Principal or Business Manager for matters that are more complex or non-routine. The Administrative Officer (AAEP) reports to the Principal, Business Manager or nominated delegate. Your Responsibilities As the Administrative Officer (AAEP), your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Provide a high level of customer service with efficient multi-tasking and time management skills through general daily front office duties - student, parent, and staff enquiries; student attendance reporting; student enrolments; receipting payments; end-of-day banking; key monitoring; and administering student medications and first aid. * Provide a high level of confidentiality and tact in assisting the Head of Special Education Services, scanning and uploading student information, and managing documents. * Deliver a high level of accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail in processing supplier payments and corporate card reconciliations, including debtor credits and student excursion forms with payments. * Assist the Head of Department - Curriculum with HR and resourcing tasks, including parent contacts. * Assist the Business Manager with facilities and HR tasks, including updating proforma documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher. * Other responsibilities as determined by the Principal and Business Manager.
