Your Opportunity As the Administrative Officer (AAEP) you will contribute to the effective and efficient administrative management of the school by providing relevant and timely administrative support to the Principal and Business Manager. You will work within existing guidelines to provide basic resolution of problems by reference to established procedure, consulting the Principal or Business Manager for matters that are more complex or non-routine. The Administrative Officer (AAEP) reports to the Principal, Business Manager or nominated delegate. Your Responsibilities As the Administrative Officer (AAEP), your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Provide routine reception services, including receiving telephone calls, over-the-counter enquiries, arranging appointments, handling correspondence, and providing general administrative support. * Experience with OneSchool, Passtab, and the Microsoft Suite is preferred. * Enter data related to student attendance and absences, including late arrivals, early departures, and absence phone calls. * Administer first aid and manage/administer student medication. * Receipt money and complete reconciliation and lodgement. * Manage Hire Agreements. * Prepare and distribute the newsletter. * Under the direction of the Principal or Business Manager, assist with the school's enrolment processes. * Perform other suitable duties consistent with the responsibilities of the position, as directed by the Business Manager or Principal. * Undertake work activities in a cooperative and supportive manner as an active member of a diverse work team.
