Multiple Contract/Project Administrator Contract Roles — Melbourne, Melbourne Region

A leading organisation in the infrastructure and services sector is actively recruiting multiple contract roles to support a major project rollout. These positions are based in Cremorne, Melbourne , and are offered on a contract basis until the end of August/September , with a strong likelihood of extension or transition into permanent employment . 1. Contract Administrators - Multiple Positions We are seeking experienced Contract Administrators to support a large-scale subcontractor onboarding and mobilisation program. These roles are critical in managing between 500–1,000 subcontracts, working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Key Responsibilities: Populate standardised subcontract templates with core information Conduct initial review of subcontractor departures from standard terms and conditions Manage compliance and due diligence processes for approvals Liaise with subcontractors and commercial managers Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint, and Adobe Sign to complete documentation and reporting Ideal Background: Prior experience in subcontractor onboarding or commercial contract administration Familiarity with subcontract terms and negotiation High attention to detail, professionalism, and strong written/verbal communication Comfortable working in a process-driven, high-volume environment. 2. Administrator – Customer Advocate Style This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive and capable administrator who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. This role supports onboarding and coordination activities, internal communications, and data tracking as part of a commercial operations team. Key Responsibilities: Assist with onboarding processes and supply chain coordination Communicate with subcontractors via phone and email to gather and verify information Manage shared mailboxes and handle stakeholder queries Update internal databases and compare data using Excel Support continuous improvement initiatives across processes and workflows Ideal Candidate: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Advanced Excel and data management capabilities Strong initiative, adaptability, and ability to manage shifting priorities High attention to detail and organisational skills Experience in commercial, coordination, or project administration settings is desirable 3. Project Administrator / Stakeholder Support – Communications-Focused Role This role is ideal for a candidate with a background in contract administration or customer service, who is confident in managing complex stakeholder communications and navigating sensitive operational situations.
