What We’re Looking For: Experience in-volume residential sales estimating role Experience with Framework (advantageous) Solid understanding of Australian Building Standards and residential construction processes Analytical mindset Excellent communication skills Collaborative spirit Key Responsibilities Prepare tenders, contracts, variations with precision and compliance Resolve estimation issues promptly to support sales costings Maintain up-to-date documentation and communicate changes clearly Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to gather and confirm technical and pricing information Conduct thorough self-checks for quality assurance Contribute to process improvement Support team meetings and workflow discussions Interviews Please forward your up-to-date Resume asap.
