Further Duties & Responsibilities Support all business functions, primarily the accounting teams so they can optimise their efficiency and productivity Corporate Secretarial support, including managing incorporations, establishments and registrations Preparing tax documentation and letters for clients ATO lodgement management and liaising with ASIC Staff amenities, stationery and reception relief when required New staff inductions, travel and accommodation arrangements for staff attending conferences etc. Client services and stakeholder management Play a key role in promoting the team & business culture of fun, vibrancy, and support The Applicant 2 years’ experience in administration Some admin experience within public practice is preferred for this role Be tech savvy and have an interest in systems and procedures Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of tax compliance, rules, laws, and regulations would be beneficial The Benefits Well-established and successful accounting firm on the east city fringe of Melbourne Busy and varied role in a team focused company Wellness in focus with a friendly and supportive working environment Above market salary for the right person!
