With multiple active jobs and secured upcoming work, they’re seeking a Contracts Administrator (or Project Contracts Coordinator) to support smooth delivery across mid-sized builds. This is a great long-term opportunity for a contracts professional who enjoys working as part of a cohesive project team in a well-structured environment. Key Responsibilities: Administer head contracts and subcontracts from award through to completion Manage variations, claims, procurement, and compliance records Monitor budgets and assist with forecasting and cost reporting Liaise closely with Project Managers and site teams to support delivery What You’ll Bring: At least 2 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction Solid understanding of contracts, procurement, and cost control Strong organisational and communication skills Full Australian working rights and Perth-based experience What’s On Offer: $105K–$110K Super (based on experience) Office-based, full-time role south of the river Work on commercial projects up to $20M Supportive team with clear growth opportunities Ready to join a growing builder with long-term work?
