You will be seated at front desk, handling all phone calls and walk in enquiries. You will assist the sales team with admin tasks and all things to ensure their day runs smoothly. This is a great opportunity to work in a role with variety and autonomy. Tasks include: Answer and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate area. Welcome all guests to the office. Maintain general reception area, common areas and meeting rooms. Process and distribute all incoming mail, including courier deliveries. Assist as needed with administration and general day-to-day running of the office. Work closely with the sales team on admin duties including social media and correspondence What we would love to see from you: Real estate reception experience preferred but not essential.
