Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Human Resources and Payroll Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for our dedicated team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll. Additionally, you will implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company values and legal requirements, oversee the recruitment process, foster positive employee relations, stay informed about changes in labor laws and employment regulations, and maintain accurate employee records. Responsibilities: Human Resources Support: Assist with employee onboarding, including documentation, system setup, and induction coordination Draft employment contracts and update HR policies under guidance Maintain HR documentation in line with compliance requirements Coordinate the recruitment process (e.g. interview coordination, file maintenance) Process and record changes in employment conditions Payroll & HR Systems: Prepare and process fortnightly payroll accurately and confidentially Maintain employee records and update HR software with relevant data Work on HR automation projects, including digitising and improving workflows Compliance & Record Keeping: Stay informed about changes in labor laws and employment regulations to ensure company compliance. Maintain accurate records of employees' confidential information.
