First Aid & Administrative Assistant — Burnside, Melton Area

Catholic Regional College Caroline Springs is a co-educational Year 7-10 Catholic school providing education to over 1000 students in Melbourne’s West. We are currently seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the role of First Aid & Administrative Assistant. This position will commence at the start of Term 3 (July 21 2025), or as negotiated. The First Aid & Administrative Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the College’s First Aid facilities, including providing first aid assistance to students and staff. Working collaboratively with the Operations Assistant & First Aid Manager, this role ensures the efficient delivery of first aid services, management of first aid supplies and budget, and compliance with relevant health and safety procedures. The position involves maintaining accurate records and registers, including medical information on platforms such as SEQTA and Operoo and updating incident notifications and accident reports in line with College protocols. The role also supports staff professional learning in first aid best practices and facilitates ongoing compliance with first aid requirements. In addition to first aid duties, the First Aid & Administrative Assistant provides reception relief and performs general administrative support, including assisting the Administrative Support Team and Executive Leadership Team with documentation, communications, and compliance-related tasks. This includes supporting excursion preparations and ensuring all relevant paperwork and medical requirements are managed effectively.
