What You’ll Do Manage the day-to-day operations of Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud; Build and manage automated journeys, email, and SMS campaigns; Handle Zendesk requests, ensuring smooth platform operations; Collaborate with stakeholders to align Salesforce functionalities with business needs; Provide reporting and insights on Marketing Cloud campaigns; and Keep documentation up to date and maintain high standards across all deliverables. What We’re Looking For 2 years of Salesforce experience across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud; Strong email marketing and automation skills; Excellent written and verbal communication; Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; Experience in project management and business analysis; and Bonus if you have Salesforce certifications or experience in the health insurance sector.
