Key Responsibilities: Deal Processing : Manage complete processing from contract to ledger, including accruals, claim processing, commissions, reconciliations, and End of Month requirements. Documentation Oversight : Audit deals, ensure all documentation is provided, and rectify any oversights or errors. Financial Calculations : Calculate profit and commissions payable, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Collaboration : Liaise with Sales Managers to ensure agreed results and smooth operations. System Management : Process transactions to the general ledger, reconcile associated receivable & inventory, and manage sale & cost of sale accounts What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in automotive deal processing or a similar role. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to compliance. Proficiency in DMS – Auto IT and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously with limited supervision.
