Administration Officer Recruitment — Sunshine Coast Region, Queensland

The role of Administration Officer Recruitment is highly transactional, managing multiple advertising campaigns and hiring manager needs at any given time. Data entry and high-volume processing in a variety of systems is a critical component of the role. Key Responsibilities include: * Manage the finalisation of the appointment process including validation of pre-employment checks, creation of the letter of appointment, issuing of relevant communication and initiating new employees' SCHHS on boarding process. * Support the management of the selection process including providing advice on advertising options, processing requests and advertisements in accordance with SCHHS procedures and guidelines. * Provide high quality support, procedural advice and assistance to all client groups relating to all aspects of vacancy processing and recruitment services. * Primary point of contact for Recruitment Services for all incoming and outgoing communication; this includes examining, prioritising, and managing the flow of incoming and outgoing communications, recruitment documentation and initiating appropriate action. Remuneration value up to $97 656 p.a, comprising salary between $2950.00 - $3280.70 p.f, employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) (Fixed Term Temporary position available for 6 months with opportunity for extension).
