Sentinel Property Group is seeking an experienced and driven Manager - Investment Sales to lead capital raising initiatives across our portfolio of unlisted property trusts. In this role, you will cultivate relationships with high-net-worth investors, family offices, and wholesale advisory networks, driving strategic growth and investor alignment in support of Sentinel’s evolving property investment platform. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned capital raiser or real estate investment sales professional to make a significant impact within a high-performing funds management team. Key Responsibilities Provide market insights, feedback, and trend analysis to refine fundraising strategy and investor experience. Maintain accurate investor CRM records, performance tracking, and reporting to inform strategic engagement and reinvestment planning. Oversee investor onboarding, due diligence processes, and compliance checks under AFSL and AUSTRAC obligations. Work cross-functionally with Asset Management, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to ensure alignment on offering terms and investor communications. Represent Sentinel in investor briefings, conferences, events, and virtual meetings to enhance market visibility. Prepare and deliver high-quality investment marketing materials, IMs, investment decks, webinars, and face-to-face presentations. Conduct investor profiling and segmentation to tailor investment offerings and presentations to strategic audiences. Originate, build, and manage long-term relationships with HNWIs, family offices, wealth advisors, and wholesale platforms. Lead end-to-end capital raising campaigns across Sentinel’s unlisted property investment funds, from initial strategy to close. Skills & Experience 4 years’ experience in investment sales, commercial property or fund distribution Proven success in wholesale investor capital raising or property fund distribution Strong knowledge of unlisted trust structures and investor compliance requirements Excellent commercial acumen and client relationship skills Strong written and presentation capabilities Proficiency with CRM platforms and investor database management Established network of wholesale investors, private wealth contacts, or advisory groups with a proven ability to convert relationships into capital raised.
