Receptionist/Business Support Officer Sydney NSW Full time Location - Sydney CBD We are looking for an organised and experienced person to fill the role of Receptionist/Business Support Officer in the Office of The Hon. Ryan Park MP, Minister for Health, Minister for Regional Health, Minister for the Illawarra and the South Coast. This is a full-time office-based role, which is located at 52 Martin Place Sydney. We are searching for a presentable, proactive and diligent person, who is keen, dedicated and who can exercise sound judgment at all times. About You: You have the ability to work under pressure and can build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders. You are an excellent communicator, have strong organisational skills and have excellent attention to detail. You have the ability to manage confidential information. You are adaptable, resilient and agile. An understanding of the NSW Government and political environment is desirable but not essential. Key responsibilities 1st point of contact for the office so standards for communication and presentation are high. Provide administrative assistance to the Chief of Staff. Undertaking a range of administrative duties including managing high volumes of incoming calls, emails, preparation of correspondence, management of stationery and maintaining the office to a high standard. Manage meeting room diaries, including set up and cleanliness. Maintain accurate and effective record management systems. Provide relief cover for the Office Manager/Executive Assistant to the Minister. Assist in administrative functions for meetings and events, including catering. Provide information to stakeholders and visitors ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with in a confidential and sensitive manner.
