ConsultANZ is looking for Piling Project Engineers to support multiple ongoing projects across Western Australia. Our client is a nationally recognised leader in piling and ground engineering, delivering complex foundation solutions across a range of civil infrastructure projects. About You We’re looking for practical, results-driven engineers with a solid background in piling operations and a strong understanding of site-based challenges. You’ll be a proactive team player who can manage technical requirements while keeping project delivery on track. Your Responsibilities Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and foremen to ensure clear communication and efficient execution Ensure works are delivered in line with project drawings, specifications, and QA standards Oversee the installation of temporary works while maintaining high standards of site safety Prepare and manage short-term construction programs and resource planning Draft method statements and conduct detailed risk assessments Identify, record, and assist with the valuation of variations and additional scope Maintain thorough and accurate site diaries and documentation What You’ll Need Minimum 5 years’ experience in piling, foundations, or civil construction Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field Solid practical experience with piling methods such as CFA, bored piles, driven piles, and sheet piling Strong working knowledge of construction practices, ground conditions, and equipment capabilities Highly organised with effective time management and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to site demands and work in varying environments Willingness to travel within WA to meet project needs What’s on Offer Competitive base salary: $90K–$130K Super (depending on experience) Work with a respected industry leader in complex piling and ground improvement works Clear pathways for career advancement and long-term development.
