Company : Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd About your Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sales Coordinator – Maternity Leave to join our high performing Construction Industries team. Based in our Brisbane, Acacia Ridge office, this is a 12 month maternity leave position working Monday to Friday. Responsibilities: Oversee adherence to CI SOPs, procedures, and records for Sales Coordinators Ensuring adherence to KPIs related to purchase through to delivery Ensure timely processing of Accounts workflows Allocate sales coordination workloads for distribution and scheduling Monitor data accuracy via PowerBI and uphold E2E process integrity Oversee ensure correct documentation is submitted Approve purchase orders and manage freight allocations as needed Maintain accurate equipment delivery data to support sales forecasting Ensuring our values are upheld with our internal and external stakeholders Support continuous improvement of build times and coordination processes Hastings Deering Hastings Deering is one of the largest Caterpillar dealer networks in the world, with a strong presence within the mining, construction, forestry, agriculture, materials handling and government sectors.
