About the role: * Assist students with classroom learning activities and tasks. * Support students with personal care, mobility, and behaviour as required. * Prepare and organise classroom materials and resources. * Supervise students in various school settings, including playgrounds, excursions, and specialist areas. * Support communication between students, staff, and families. * Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment, with a focus on indigenous perspectives and First Nations culture. * Display respect and empathy for students with high-level needs. * Maintain confidentiality, tact, reliability, and sensitivity when interacting with students and their families. * Assist students with disabilities and early childhood programs.
