Assess each individual’s progress and award competency based certificates Advise parents of class re-booking, upcoming events and provide feedback on the child’s progress Promote children to higher levels when they have completed all required competencies for the level Set up equipment in a safe manner and pack away equipment maintaining excellent housekeeping practices Other Duties: To ensure compliance to all business policies and procedures You will have: Austswim certification or Royal Lifesaving Swim Teacher Resuscitation award Working with Children Check Previous experience in the effective delivery of learn to swim classes Remuneration: base salary commencing at $29.08 gross per hour 25% casual loading 11% superannuation annual award increase For further information contact: Liz Le Breton on (02) 4780 5152.
