As our business grows, we’re looking for a Scheduling & Administrative Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle competing priorities with professionalism and heart. What You’ll Be Doing Your week will be dynamic and full of variety. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating and maintaining cleaner schedules across Aged Care, NDIS, and private clients Matching client requests with cleaner availability while meeting compliance and quality standards Managing urgent rostering changes with professionalism and minimal disruption to clients Communicating with clients, families, and support coordinators to ensure seamless service Supporting recruitment admin, onboarding, and cleaner compliance tracking Monitoring subcontractor invoices and employee timesheets against scheduled hours Maintaining up-to-date information in Simpro and internal systems Providing administrative support to the Director and Operations team Who We’re Looking For We’re after someone who’s not just good at organising—but thrives on it. Ideally, you have: Strong confidence with scheduling software (experience with Simpro or similar is a bonus) Previous experience in scheduling, rostering, or service coordination Strong administrative background (ideally in cleaning, aged care, disability, or allied services) High emotional intelligence and clear communication skills A solution-focused mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure A genuine interest in supporting vulnerable community members to receive essential services Must be highly skilled in Simpro Why Join Clean Advice?
