Role Reporting to the Precast Manager, the Systems & Plant Administrator is a new role to support the operations with responsibilities including; Maintain company system to include all required plant, including all current plant, new plant purchased, remove any sold plant etc. Migrate all plant maintenance records onto company system Develop maintenance schedule for all plant and facility safety systems as necessary Review current mechanisms for maintenance and ensure upto date agreements are in place Ensure any daily prestart maintenance items are captured and communicated to management Crane green sticker management Chain test and tag management Update and maintain system records for inductions, SWMS, toolbox meetings etc. Collation of yard daily prestart minutes for labour Perform inductions for new starters Maintain crew allocation across the yard based on management information. Background To secure this opportunity, we are seeking an individual who meets the following criteria; Excellent communication Skills including Intermediate to Advanced Interpersonal Skills Intermediate level Microsoft office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
