An established, privately-owned Transport Company based in Penrith area is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Administration / Accounts Assistant to join their team. This is a part-time role offering 30 hours per week , with flexibility to work over 4 or 5 days . About the Role This position plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. You will be responsible for handling a broad range of administrative and accounting functions, including payroll and invoicing. Key Responsibilities Approving and checking drivers' timesheets Processing timesheets and invoicing customers accordingly Following up on outstanding invoices and managing debtor collections Bank reconciliations and processing payable invoices Processing payroll and superannuation payments Preparing BAS and PAYG Providing general administrative support Skills & Experience Previous experience in accounts receivable/payable Proficiency with MYOB A background in the transport industry is preferred but not essential Strong communication skills – both written and verbal High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Must be able to work onsite in the Penrith office Benefits Supportive and friendly team environment Long-term job stability Competitive remuneration Work-life balance with flexible part-time hours Interested?
