The Role: Yackandandah Health is seeking a motivated and organised HR Administration Officer to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. This role is 4 days per week, 64 hours per fortnight. What You Will Do: As the HR Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR and administrative operations of Yackandandah Health. Your responsibilities will include: Managing employee records and liaising with HR management Supporting and assisting the HR department with recruitment processes Assisting with the onboarding of new employees Providing general administrative support, including data entry, report preparation, record management, reception duties, and filing Contributing to the overall efficiency of our facility through a variety of administrative tasks Assisting the Rostering Officer in coordinating staff rosters from time to time What you will bring: Previous experience in a similar role is desirable Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
