ABOUT THE ROLE AND ABOUT YOU We are looking for an experienced property accounts person to work alongside a Finance Manager in a busy commercial agency. Prior property experience is ideal and you will bring a strong accounting background where you have worked in the following areas.: General Accounting: From reconciliation of daily banking, raising invoices, monthly reports, process journal entries Payroll and Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records and process fortnightly payroll, agents commissions, super payments, PAYG, BAS, and FBT, payroll tax/workcover Department support: Provide support to the property managers, sales agents and trust teams You will ideally have a tertiary qualification in accounts and have a thorough knowledge of MYOB. This role is part time, which could be ideal for someone returning to work after maternity leave or perhaps someone looking to reduce from full time hours.
