Administrative Support Officer | Government Location: Orchard Hills Contract: 3 months with strong potential to extend We're recruiting an Administrative Support Officer to join a busy, high-performing team within a major NSW Government department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and adaptable admin professional to step into a broad support role with great exposure across multiple divisions. You'll be based out of Orchard Hills , at the organisation's Training Academy – a customer-facing environment. There's the flexibility to work hybrid (minimum 3 days in office, 2 from home once trained). The Role: Working as part of a friendly team, you’ll provide ongoing administrative support to the internal group. Duties will include: Raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and budget tracking Supporting daily operations and ensuring timely delivery of reporting requirements Managing correspondence, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings and sessions Handling general inquiries and occasional front-of-house reception coverage Supporting wider business unit activities as required About You: You’re organised, reliable, and enjoy working across varied tasks.
