If you’re strong with CCTV, access control, alarms, intercoms or IP networking—we want to hear from you. You’ll have the backing of a strong national support team and a reliable network of suppliers. What you’ll be doing: Troubleshooting tech issues and providing expert advice across alarms, intercoms, access control, and networking Supporting customers in-person and over the phone with technical questions and product selection Running training sessions and staying across the latest gear Recommending solutions, identifying upsell opportunities, and driving internal sales Helping the team win, and having fun while you do it About You: You’re not just a salesperson. You know the tech – and you know how to explain it. We’re looking for: Strong hands-on experience with security systems (alarms, CCTV, access control, intercoms, IP networking) Solid understanding of networking fundamentals – you can explain DNS, port forwarding, and subnetting without breaking a sweat Great communication skills – able to talk with tradies, integrators, suppliers, and make it all make sense Friendly, customer-first attitude – guiding sales without the hard sell Either ready to move off the tools, or already in a tech support/product advisor role Bonus if you’ve worked with brands like Gallagher, Dahua, Bosch, or similar What You’ll Get: Real career progression with ongoing training Monday–Friday work, no weekends.
