Reporting to the State Manager – NSW / ACT and located in the Silverwater office, you will be an integral member of our NSW Team and will play a pivotal role in leading a talented team of Project Estimators and Major Projects personnel in the pursuit of sales success and achieving financial targets. In this role, you will be required to: Capitalize on commercial and industrial project opportunities Assess the capability of projects and identify opportunities for growth Take charge of the tender process, drive its success and lead your team to achieve desired outcomes AND Manage multiple major and in-depth projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.
