The Opportunity We’re seeking a motivated and solution-focused Technical Sales Manager to support clients with technical advice, project coordination, and product integration on active and upcoming construction works. This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to an engineer with commercial aptitude, who enjoys combining relationship management with real-world problem solving in a fast-paced industry. Based in Newcastle or Sydney, the role involves regular travel to customer sites and close collaboration with internal operations teams. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across civil and commercial construction sectors Provide technical product support and assist with specifications, trials, and site delivery Prepare accurate and commercially competitive quotations and proposals Track project opportunities and coordinate resources for product delivery Liaise with internal teams (logistics, sales support, technical) to meet project timeframes Support tender processes and contribute to market intelligence and reporting Troubleshoot customer challenges and work to deliver practical, value-added solutions About You Degree qualified in Civil, Mechanical or Structural Engineering (or similar) 2 years in a sales, project engineer, or site-facing technical role Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage contractors, designers, and site teams Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable working on active construction sites and building long-term client rapport Confident preparing quotes, reporting on activity, and feeding back market insights Why Apply?
