About the Opportunity Journey Beyond is currently seeking experienced and passionate coach drivers to join our Alice Springs team. These positions are central to ensuring a high level of service delivery for guests during our off-train excursions. Coach drivers will be responsible for the complete operation and safety of the coach. You will be a confident individual with excellent communication skills to actively engage with our guests, ensuring an excellent guest experience. Alongside experience in the tourism and/or transport industry, you will also have a passion for Alice Springs and its attractions. Requirements Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Deliver high standard of customer service to all passengers / customers, creating a positive experience on every service Provide on-board commentary throughout the tour Comply with company and department safety policies & procedures Consistently ensure the safety of yourself, your passengers, and your vehicle Provide interactive and engaging day tours for guests In addition, we expect you to be able to manage your time well and conduct pre-departure safety checks. About You To be successful in this role you must have: Minimum MR license. HR drivers’ licence preferred. Driver Accreditation Current Senior First Aid Certificate (or ability to obtain one) Working with children accreditation Satisfactory national criminal history check Demonstrated coach driving experience An outstanding safety focus, including basic fatigue management competency and a commitment to your own fitness for duty Experience delivering excellent customer service Basic mechanical knowledge Ability to clean facilities to ensure customer satisfaction Exceptional personal presentation and ‘can do’ attitude If you are interested in this exciting role, please now by clicking the 'Apply' button below.
