Flexible location, values-led culture and lived experience values About the role The Lived Experience Strategy and Organisational Design Manager leads a key stream within the Lived Experience Leadership Team. This is a senior leadership role responsible for embedding lived experience perspectives across the organisation ensuring these perspectives are not only heard but shape strategy, policy, service design and delivery. You will guide the implementation of the Wellways Lived Experience Strategy and lead strategic change initiatives that reflect lived experience values, evidence and priorities. Working across the organisation, you'll partner in designing models of care, developing organisational policies and position statements, contributing to research and tender development and advising on best practice approaches. Please note, this is a full-time role but hours maybe negotiable for the right candidate. Key responsibilities Lead the integration of lived experience into Wellways’ strategic direction, policies, models of care and service design. Drive and report on the implementation of the Lived Experience Strategy. Contribute to tender development, research initiatives and employee practice guidance. Facilitate co-design and participation of people with lived experience in shaping Wellways services. Build collaborative partnerships across Wellways and Lived and Living Experience Authority. Provide lived experience leadership, supervision and coaching to team members.
