Job Description Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing Department to maximise market position of the Resort on an ongoing basis ensuring the utilisation of sales resources. Establish and maintain the commercial strategy of the Resort to secure business, events and groups to maximise business opportunities within this sector ensuring best practice has been implemented to produce superior results on a daily basis. Be part of the Resort’s ongoing evolution journey, working closely with other members of the senior leadership team to help establish visibility and identity the property within market. Planning and overseeing Resort advertising and promotional activities, including integrated online and offline channels Key influencer of Food and Beverage Outlet performance to drive and implement tactics to increase profitability (F&B) in line with hotel budget and market expectation. Collaborate with Revenue Management, Food & Beverage and Front Office teams to ensure product offering and service is at the optimum level. Develop close relationships with other Accor properties, suppliers and contractors, and all conference and event clients, past, present and future. Secure Conference and Incentive, Corporate, Leisure, Sport and inbound clients in agreed markets for the Resort incorporating an online strategy Be a key driver of Accor’s loyalty program, ALL – Accor Live Limitless .
