About The Opportunity Join the Bundaberg Regional Galleries team and play a key role in delivering a welcoming and professional visitor experience. This permanent part-time position is responsible for providing high-level administrative support and overseeing the day-to-day front of house operations. The role requires weekend availability, with regular shifts on both Saturday and Sunday. The successful candidate will work across both the Bundaberg Regional Art Gallery and the Childers Art Gallery. About You Demonstrated ability to provide high quality confidential administration to visitors and a team, solving queries and problems. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities in a demanding environment whilst maintaining a high level of customer service. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, with the ability to consult, communicate and problem solve effectively within a multidisciplinary environment. Demonstrated knowledge of computer-based programs and processes including Email, Internet, Word, Excel, record keeping applications and a Point of Sale (POS) system with the ability to learn internal Council software packages. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Current Open “C” Class Driver’s License. Demonstrated understanding and a genuine interest in Visual Arts.  Sound knowledge of Council’s functions and procedures and/or Local Government experience.
