People Integrity Innovation Customer The Role We are seeking motivated relationship managers to join our expanding team to support our client base. You will largely work with an established client base, building relationships and understanding their challenges. This role will include identifying opportunities for improvement and growth for our clients, along with converting leads into long-term partnerships. The ability to communicate with a wide range of people, great listening skills and the ability to quickly build rapport are key to this role. If you wanted to find out more about this role before applying, please reach out to us at: [email protected] Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Understand customer needs and recommend tailored IT solutions, including managed services, hardware (e.g., printers), and software offerings Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities via warm outreach Collaborate with internal teams (technical, regional sales, marketing) to deliver compelling proposals and solutions Track all activities through Salesforce What We Are Looking For 1–3 years of experience in a phone-based sales or account management role (preferably in IT services, tech, or office equipment) or suitable phone-based experience with a desire to move into this field Strong phone presence, communication, and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and an interest in professional development Comfortable with Salesforce or similar CRMs Ability to understand and explain technical products and services in simple terms Desire to be a part of a team Agile, with the tools to switch between relationship management and sales discussions as needed [Advantageous] Familiarity with printer solutions, managed services, or cloud technologies Why Join Us?
