Liveris Academy for Leadership and Innovation Part-time (60%), Permanent position Base salary will be in the range $80,523.29 - $89,505.38 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 5) Based at our St Lucia Campus - Brisbane About This Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and organised Administration Officer to support the effective and efficient operation of the Andrew N. Liveris Academy for Leadership and Innovation at our vibrant St Lucia Campus. This is small team environment which requires a pro-active approach to manage the academy’s day-to-day work tasks. Reporting to the Academy Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of administrative processes in support of Liveris Academy outcomes, as well as engaging with Liveris Academy scholars and other academy stakeholders. We are offering a flexible work environment to suit a great work-life balance as this role is part-time. Key responsibilities will include: Provide high level administrative support for the Liveris Academy Team, in relation to day-to-day operations, as well as projects and other initiatives of the Liveris Academy. Function as the initial point of contact for enquiries, including responding to routine and non-routine queries involving interpretation of policy and procedures. Support the administrative requirements of meetings, workshops, seminars, conferences, and other Liveris Academy events. Arrange travel and make bookings for the Liveris Academy Team. Support the academy’s scholarship recruitment process. Utilise a range of desktop-based programs and management information systems. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain relationships which support the operational outcomes for the Liveris Academy. Maintain the Liveris Academy calendar. Maintain the Liveris Academy office spaces, including arranging purchases of general office supplies. Maintain standard operating procedures for the effective and efficient functioning of the academy. Demonstrated skills in providing a high level of customer service, including effective interpersonal skills. Demonstrated high level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Effective organisational, time management and problem-solving skills. Experience working as a team member in a busy environment. Working knowledge of University administrative systems, policies and procedures or the capacity to rapidly acquire this knowledge.
