PICA Group are now looking for an Administration Assistant to join our BCS Illawarra Branch. You will be providing support to one of our Senior Branch Managers; in performing your role you will impact the success of multiple teams across PICA. This is a fixed term parental leave contract for 12 months. Your duties will include the following: A range of tasks including diary management, data entry and invoice approvals Ensuring the Wollongong office is running smoothly – ordering consumables, monitoring rosters and preparing for team meetings Preparing correspondence and updating presentations for the Senior Branch Manager You may also be required to direct customer queries About you: You have at least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role You are great at building relationships and can work well as part of a team You get things done, taking action and delivering on commitments. You love achieving your goals and celebrating yours (and other’s) success. You know how to use Microsoft Office suite and are comfortable learning other systems What we can offer you!
