Description Location: Parramatta Are you looking to build hands-on experience in live event production and digital media? We’re looking for a Webcast Producer to join our team on a casual, ongoing basis in our Parramatta office. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with an interest in digital production, video/audio editing, and live streaming. Work is ad hoc , depending on business needs, with up to 10–20 hours per week expected during peak AGM season . About the Role As a Webcast Producer, you’ll support the delivery of live and on-demand webcasts from our dedicated Streaming Operations Centre. You’ll assist in scheduling, set-up, monitoring live events, editing and publishing webcast content, and liaising with third-party suppliers as needed. Key Responsibilities Schedule and manage webcast resources from the SOC Pre-check and set up webcast events Monitor and support live event delivery Edit and produce archived versions for clients and OpenBriefing.com Manage audio, video, and media files Meet deadlines and quality standards Build effective relationships with stakeholders and suppliers Problem-solve and suggest improvements as needed What You’ll Bring Basic knowledge of audio/visual requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and time management Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work independently and within a team Experience with video/audio editing tools (advantageous) Skills in Photoshop, HTML & CSS (a plus) Why Join Us?
