Contracts Administrator - Retail Fitout — Port Melbourne, Port Phillip

Are you ready to advance your career in commercial construction? Our client, a leader in retail & hopsitality delivery, is seeking a full time Contracts Administrator to join their team. If you're a driven and detail-oriented professional with 2-5 years of experience (ideally in commercial fit-out or construction) and a relevant qualification, this could be your next big step! Your day-to-day will involve critical support across commercial fit-out projects, including: Helping prepare and manage contracts. Coordinating various agreements with subcontractors and suppliers. Assisting with financial tracking, claims, and variations. Maintaining accurate project records and reporting to senior staff. Liaising with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress. You will have A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator working for a headcontractor or commercial builder. The ability to read and understand construction documents (e.g. specifications and drawings, schedules etc.). Strong computer skills and experience using the Microsoft suite of programs (including Ms Project) & Procore. A certificate or tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or trade. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
