The Role We are seeking a Cost Administrator to join our dedicated team on an initial 6-month contract , with a strong likelihood of extension. This role supports the Albury to Parkes (A2P) Project with Inland Rail . As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in driving financial efficiency and supporting the successful delivery of this significant infrastructure project. Your Responsibilities Responsible for the efficient and accurate collation of delivery dockets, plant dockets, and goods receipting of purchase orders. Responsible for the efficient and accurate collation of supporting data and documentation for client payment claim substantiation. Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting. Assist project team with procurement and preparation / close-out of purchase orders. Other admin duties as required to support the finance and project teams. Skills and Experience: Previous experience in cost administration role in a construction environment is preferable. Proficient in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effectively multitask and prioritise workload. Ability to engage in effective communication with a wide range of stakeholders.
