Hours per fortnight 73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available. Duties Provide legal administrative assistance and support to practitioners within the Office of the Crown Solicitor including preparation of correspondence, contracts and other legal documents to a high degree of precision and accuracy. Undertake transcription services for Legal Practitioners with a high level of speed and accuracy. Update and maintain the legal practice database, Visual Files, and use database tools to prepare documents. Maintain the Safe Custody Register including digitisation of documents and storage into the records management system. Work collaboratively as part of a team including providing support and guidance to Legal Secretary/Administrative Assistant positions. Provide relief for other administrative and clerical positions in Crown Law, as required.
