The future is bright, offering endless opportunities for many to Grow with Lindsay’s About the role: Lindsay Transport is currently seeking a Depot Customer Service Officer / Transport Administrator to join the team based at our Perth Depot. The position will be offered on a permanent full-time basis on a Monday – Friday roster commencing at 7:00am. Duties and responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to: Provide help and advice to depot customers Investigate and resolve customer queries Liaise with operational staff to ensure all customer requirements are met Assist with Transport Admin duties ie. debriefing drivers paperwork, manifesting. About the requirements: The candidate we are looking for will have: Previous experience in customer service / administration as part of a busy fast paced team is essential. Previous experience in the transport or logistics industry (preferred) Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to prioritise high volume workload Exceptional problem-solving skills to enable you to liaise effectively with customers, management, staff and external stakeholders Positive attitude with the willingness to learn Superior planning and organisational skills A genuine care factor for the needs of the internal and external customer Lindsay Transport operates with a culture of honesty and openness.
