What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll join a nationally collaborative Front-End Projects team advising on major construction and infrastructure mandates. Draft and negotiate construction contracts, EPC agreements and procurement documents Advise on project financing, milestone conditions and risk allocation Coordinate project closings and manage stakeholder engagement Support cross-practice teams on corporate and real estate aspects What You’ll Bring: 5 years’ PQE in construction or infrastructure law Exceptional drafting, negotiation & stakeholder-management skills Proven ability to manage complex files under tight deadlines Commercial, client-focused mindset and collaborative approach Why Join?
