Project Manager – Residential Civil Construction | Sydney We are a well-established and growing civil contractor seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to join our team based in Sydney. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead complex projects from inception to completion, working within a dynamic and supportive environment. About the Role: As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of civil construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality and safety. You will play a key role in managing resources, subcontractors, project reporting, and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities: Define project scope, goals, tasks, and resource requirements Establish project budgets and manage costs through to completion Develop and manage project schedules and timelines Oversee all site establishment and administrative functions Lead the construction team including Site Supervisors, Contract Administrators, and support staff Ensure compliance with WHS and IMS systems Manage procurement and subcontractor engagement, including tender process, scope development, assessment, and negotiations Monitor project deliverables, quality assurance, and progress reporting Prepare and submit progress claims, variation registers, and EOTs Attend and lead site meetings, stakeholder updates, and internal reporting About You: Proven experience in residential civil construction - in a project management capacity is essential!
